cellphone-free at the gyms
I read in an article that they want to make the gyms cellphone-free because they prevent people from yakking on their phones and annoying the fitness buffs who want to crank out reps and mileage in relative peace. I don't think this will be a good idea because all the people needs their cellphone when they workout, to listen to music watch the time etc.. this shouldn't be allow.
Two Drugs Appear to Delay Progression of Breast Cancer
Two drugs can delay by several months the time before advanced breast cancer worsens, potentially providing new options for women with that disease, researchers reported Wednesday.
Both drugs, pertuzumab from Genentech and everolimus from Novartis, also showed signs in clinical trials that they could prolong lives, though researchers said it was too early to say that definitively. According to the Texas appeals court, they have exonerated a man. the man was set free after he spent 25 years in prison for his wife’s 1986 killing, and the DNA tests indicate another man committed the crime. The ruling makes Morton eligible to receive $80,000 from the state for each year he was wrongfully imprisoned, about $2 million total. This its kind of funny because we are in the riches and powerful country in the world, and if this unlawful situation happen here, what its happening in other countries where there is a lot of corruption.

Good news the Linn State Technical College is the first public college in the country to institute a mandatory drug test,The tests, requres a $50 fee per student, would be used to determine the presence of drugs, like cocaine amphetamines marijuana etc... I think this will help students think twice before they do drugs.
